Our mission is in response to the circumstances that have come about in the United States that lined the pockets of Fat Cats on Wall Street and in some cases Washington. Now, the financial system is in peril due to institutional investors figuring out they hold mortgages that should not have made the loans in the first place.

Our mission is negotiate for Americans who are behind in their mortgage payments, either because of inability to make the payments or because their home is over encumbered.

Until recent weeks, it may have been abhorrent to fall behind on loan payments, but the rules are changing and now we as Americans, can take advantage of the public perception and belief that keeping people in their homes is a good thing and that the plight of the homeowner was caused by Wall Street excesses.

Now, Wall Street is even asking the government to buy delinquent mortgage loans which is almost a nationalization of the United States banking system and now delinquent mortgages are often referred to as Toxic Assets.

In the United States, companies can make bad decisions and fail, but some politicians believe there should be a life line thrown to Wall Street.

In any event, whatever happens, the worse your mortgage lender is doing, the better off you are, when it comes to negotiating a loan worth paying again.

Americans who work hard every day to make ends meet, show up at work despite problems at home or at the gas pump, are the life blood of the United States and they deserve a break.
